Basic / Mirror Wills

A Basic Will is essential to ensure your Estate is distributed in accordance with your wishes.  It allows you to make more complex and varied arrangements for your Estate and appoint Executors, Trustees and Guardians.  If you die without a valid Will in place, your estate will be distributed in accordance with the Rules of Intestacy, which may not be what you would want.

There are many DIY Will Kits available but would you know enough to prepare such an important document without guidance?  By using a qualified consultant who can advise you on important matters such as Duties of Executors and contingencies, you can rest assured that you have appointed the right people in your Will and taken every step to prevent the Will from failing.
